procedures for prioritising repairs are as follows: |

Emergencies
(Attend within 24H): These issues do not need to be
reported in writing i.e. No hot water, Toilet not working, gas
leak etc. |

High priority
(Attend within 5 working days): These issues would include
items such as broken down washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. |

Medium priority
(Attend within 28 days): These issues include items such
as defective gate/fence or loose worktop etc. |

Low priority
(Attend to within 6 months): This category is for items
that are of a merely aesthetic nature of which cannot be
considered detrimental to living and enjoying the property. |

is faulty we will send somebody out to let you in. However if
you have forgotten your key inside the property and locked
yourself out we will also send somebody out but you will be
charged a call out fee. So make sure you have your key with
