If you have any repairs requiring attention, please create a ticket and forward it to our office. Alternatively you can either call our office on 0113 2458503 or visit our office at Eldon Court, St Marks Road, Leeds, LS2 9AA.

.. If you have an emergency repair outside office hours please call our emergency number 07876430542. Our on call representative will assess the situation and carry out appropriate action to resolve the problem.
 
The Standard procedures for prioritising repairs are as follows:
.. Emergencies (Attend within 24H): These issues do not need to be reported in writing i.e. No hot water, Toilet not working, gas leak etc.
.. High priority (Attend within 5 working days): These issues would include items such as broken down washing machine, fridge/freezer etc.
.. Medium priority (Attend within 28 days): These issues include items such as defective gate/fence or loose worktop etc.
.. Low priority (Attend to within 6 months): This category is for items that are of a merely aesthetic nature of which cannot be considered detrimental to living and enjoying the property.
   
.Q. I want to rent one of your properties / Move to another property maintained by you, what
     are the procedures?
 
Please follow the steps given below:
. Search for the properties still available with us to find one matching your requirements.
. Call our office on 0113 2458503 or alternatively visit us at the address mentioned above to book an appointment to view the property.
. Viewing: The property visit will be arranged at a suitable time to you.
. More visits could be arranged if you are not satisfied after the your first viewing.
   
Q: I am interested in a property, what do I do?

Q: Is there a signing fee?

There is no signing fee or administration fee to pay when you sign a contract with Northend Management Ltd.

   
Q: Do you provide double beds?

.

All of our properties have double beds in bedrooms.

   
Q: Will you let me in if I am locked out?

.

If the door lock is faulty we will send somebody out to let you in. However if you have forgotten your key inside the property and locked yourself out we will also send somebody out but you will be charged a call out fee. So make sure you have your key with you each time you leave the property.
